Each weekend involves deep learning and Kundalini Yoga and meditation, including Aquarian Sadhana - our early morning practice - on Sunday morning

Born in Perth, Jai Ram has been practising and teaching Kundalini Yoga for more than 2 decades. She is a KRI lead trainer (prac).
ANGAD KAUR
-
She teaches locally and internationally.
Angad spent a number of years travelling extensively with her spiritual teacher, Shiv Charan Singh, studying to become a Karam Kriya Consultant and Trainer – working with the universal intelligence of numbers and the power of the word to create healing conversations and support meaningful life transitions.
Since 2008, she has worked with the Guru Ram Das Project bringing Kundalini Yoga to individuals and communities most in need, alongside working as a Sikh Chaplain. Angad regularly runs retreats and workshops exploring life themes through the guidance of numbers and the teachings in Gurbani, alongside offering one-to-one Yoga Therapy. She was involved with Karam Kriya Women’s Camp for many years and regularly organizes events for International Women’s Day.
After 25 years working in the art world as a curator, producer and lecturer, she continues to mentor artists and run creative writing workshops. Angad has an inclusive approach and a natural enjoyment of being in the company of people from all walks of life.
Ardaas singh

He began his career as a musician, university teacher and researcher. Even though his parents are both yogis and he was surrounded by yogic books and chakra drawings from birth, Ardaas didn’t begin his yogic studies until 2002 while working on his PhD in Artificial Intelligence.
Ardaas S is a lead trainer who is fully dedicated to transmitting yogic teachings as an international trainer of Karam Kriya Consultants and Kundalini Yoga Teachers Levels 1 and 2.
SATWANT KAUR

Living in the UK with her husband and daughter, Satwant has been teaching Kundalini Yoga for more than twenty years.
Originally training in her native Canada, where she met Yogi Bhajan. Satwant met Shiv Charan Singh just before moving to the UK in 2005, recognized him as her Teacher, and has been studying with him ever since. She now lives in Birmingham, UK.
Satwant teaches on Teacher Training programmes in the UK and internationally. She has a love for music and a talent for language and mantra. She released her first mantra album, Path of Love, in 2017.
SHAMA KAUR

Currently living on Central Coast NSW, Shama is Egypt’s first Kundalini Yoga Teacher Trainer. Her name means ‘the one who shines.. the light of her inner soul’.
She completed her training at the age of 25 at the Kundalini Research Institue in New Mexico, USA in 2012. Ever since, she been teaching kundalini yoga classes, workshops and delivering teacher trainings in Egypt and the Middle East.

A devoted yogini, performing artist, choreographer, researcher and educator, Maheshjoti has been a resident of New Zealand since 2018.
In 2012, she encountered kundalini yoga, a practice that not only helped her regulate her mind and emotions, but also facilitated the release of trauma and anxiety through dedicated daily practice. Kundalini became a beacon of transformation for her, enabling her to share its profound tools of healing and growth with others.
Maheshjoti joins us as an intern with the Aquarian Trainer Academy and offers her support and strength as a dedicated Kundalini Yoga teacher to the training.

Baldev is a Kundalini Yoga practitioner and Karam Kriya consultant who is now based in New Zealand.
She is an Intern with the Aquarian Trainer Academy and a member of the training team in this supporting capacity.
Baldev has taught in UK and New Zealand for over 18 years.
Searching for a yoga teacher training in the UK, before ever taking a Kundalini Yoga class, Baldev found I-SKY School, and Guru Dharam Singh Khalsa, became Baldev’s level one trainer.
A moment of destiny, and the rest is history!
Passionate about workplace wellbeing and female leadership, Baldev founded Corporate Karma in London, which offered corporate wellness retreats and training to organisations using Kundalini Yoga techniques.
In 2021, she commenced Shiv Charan Singh’s Karam Kriya training, which has enriched her teaching profoundly.
Also “mum’ to two funny, opinionated teenage boys who remind her this is the yoga of the householder.
She is currently working on the KRI level three training journey of deeper self-development.
Baldev teaches from the heart, with humour and empathy.
Her goal is to guide others to rediscover their own gifts and jewels, using the wisdom and technology of Kundalini Yoga and Karam Kriya.
