Once your baby is born, the journey has just begun! You’ve been through the initiation that is birth and the huge changes of the first 40 days following birth.
Now you need a space in which you can feel safe and held to get in touch with your body again, to breathe, to feel and move and relax. You also benefit from the company of other women, listening, learning and sharing in a supportive and nurturing space.
The practice of Kundalini Yoga is incredibly supportive also in this time of your life. It is gently strengthening but also nourishing to your nerves and helps balance your hormones. It uplifts your mood and clears your mind so your natural intuition can shine through and guide you.
