answer the call of your soul.
If you want to learn something, read about it. If you want to understand something, write about it. If you want to master something, teach it.
The Grisht Ashram 220 + hour globally recognised professional KRI Level One Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training, part of the international Karam Kriya School, is an amazing programme that touches and transform all aspects of your life - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
The training is..
⭐️ 180 classroom hours - 10 modules over 10 weekends of training
⭐️ 40 hours of home practice & study
⭐️ 8 hour intensive meditation day
⭐️ 5 online check in/study sessions
How is it offered?
All training weekends take place in person in our centre in Beaconsfield, Perth, Western Australia.
While in person attendance is generally preferable, for those unable to attend in person all weekends are also available online.
Jai Ram Kaur is present throughout the whole training and some modules are co-taught with other trainers joining online. Some modules are wholly taught by guest trainers joining online.
Certain modules can be attended singularly - see the curriculum plan below for which ones. These are available if you have some experience of Kundalini Yoga and wish to deepen it but who don’t currently want to undertake the full training. Modules attended can later be used towards accreditation, should you so choose.
In Teacher Training you learn so much. It's the education you may have always wished to have. Equally, it's about about you and your own growth. It's about connection and community.

When will you give your self the space ?
“It doesn’t matter what this body and mind has struggled with. The light of my spirit .. does not need healing. It just needs the space to be, to breathe, to shine. I don’t wait on that space from anyone. I am the one who must permit that within me, to have that space.”
