This includes with adults with learning disabilities through both her classes and her creative work with the Pericles Theatre Company, a community theatre ensemble blending professional actors, amateurs, and differently-abled artists.
She has a particular passion for working with and sharing the women's teachings and teaches a weekly class called Daughters of Humanity. She also facilitates a shared space called The Sanctuary, with a fellow teacher Seetal Piara, and they offer community sharing circles and free online practices for women to take refuge in.

and trained and worked as a clinical nurse. She travelled extensively through Africa, the U.K, India and Nepal, enriching her clinical practice and deepening her desire to study Ayurvedic medicine.
Karin studied a four-year Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and internship at Manipal University, India, where she graduated with honours. She undertook her practicum under expert guidance in Karnataka and regularly travels back to India for professional development and to speak at Ayurvedic conferences.

She worked as an analyst & business consultant in the beginning of her adult life. Suffering from a chronic illness guided her to find Kundalini Yoga, Karam Kriya and her spiritual teacher, Shiv Charan Singh, 11 years ago in Cairo.
She continues to study under his guidance in different parts of the world. She is a certified level 2 and a pre & postnatal Kundalini Yoga teacher and a continuing student of Karam Kriya. She has been teaching in person and online since 2016.
Fateh Jot is also a Karam Kriya consultant & offers workshops in this approach.
She brings great depth, clarity and insight to all that she offers.

Kaz is also a Kundalini yoga teacher and brings her knowledge and love of this tradition into her work. As needed she also draws on her own long personal journey of infertility to bring deep compassion and empathy to her sessions. She is also an accomplished artist.
Currently Kaz is undertaking the School of Shamanic Womancraft training with renowned teacher Jane Hardwicke Collings.
Kaz believes in the wisdom of the womb to help connect people to the creative essence of the divine feminine wisdom within.
