During her fertile years, a woman menstruates on average 400 times! You are an astoundingly creative being. This is true whether conceiving, gestating, birthing and nourishing actual children or expressing your fertility in a manifold other possible ways. Many women intuit that there is a secret power and healing potential in this cycling, even beyond the potential to be a mother. What do the yogic teachings say? How to cooperate with and live in harmony and actualise yourself as an extraordinarily fertile being?
